HARVEST FESTIVAL (2007)

Harvest

 

 

Harvest Festival at All Saints' Church commenced with the staff, pupils and parents of Thomas Whitehead School attending a Harvest Thanksgiving Service in Church.  During this service the children were invited to bring forward their gifts.  These gifts are being taken to BECHAR (Bedford Concern for the Homeless and Rootless).  As can be seen by the photograph the parents have once again been very generous:

A Harvest Festival Mass with childrens' address was held at 10.00am followed by Harvest Lunch at St.Thomas' Meeting House.  The food was delicious, three courses followed by cheese, biscuits and coffee.  All excellently prepared and served by a team of willing workers.  A raffle raised £57.
